- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I arrived at 11:35 a.m. the office staff tried to tell me I needed to reschedule since my appointment had been scheduled for 10:30 a.m., and they no longer had time to see me. I said, that's not true, and I can show you two text messages and an email confirming my 11:30 appointment. All of a sudden they fit me in. No one apologized for the mistake or explained it to me.
