  UPDATE SO FAR MY EXPERIENCE; well when you REALLY need something from this place they do NOT assist you. I had to have an HSG test done and i did which i had to pay out of pocket by the way and so when the RESULTS were in the place where i went to get it done that advised me that they faxed it 6x!!!!! and the DR office of greenbaum stated they did not receive it. I was dealing with this for a week now.... finally i drove during my work hrs to the place where i had the test done and picked u the results and faxed them my damn self... its just so disorganized how this office treats you because after i faxed it is when they received the results....Anytime you need something from this Dr she is TOO BUSY to contact you.. i have been trying to contact them now for about a week and a half and i have yet to hear back form the DR....its really disheartening how a dr can seem to caring and so into your issue s and seem to want to assist you and then its another once they got you as a patient....another thing the lady at the front desk i found out her name is TIFFANY the one that takes payments and if you are not there with a scheduled appt boy do they treat you some type of way...definitely taking my services somewhere else.. i will NEVER return to this place... i am a new patient of Dr Greenbaum... She is by far the most realest DR i have came across..the staff is VERY friendly however there is this ONE WOMAN there that sometimes looks at you CRAZY when shes asking for your co-pay. EVERYONE else is by far the nicest Dr Greenbaum is ONLY at the BOCA office on MONDAY & FRIDAYS other than that you are screwed but overall the waiting period is NOT long at all However the only issue i do have is that ONE WOMAN that ask for CO-Pays she shouldn't be giving crazy looks or just STARING at patients when asking for the copays ..its VERY awkward.....i work in customer service & am very proud of how i partake customer service in my job and she needs a bit of work on that... thE DR GrEEnbaum is rEalllllllllllllly informative. Not for nothing but sometimes she feels a bit rushed when you speak to hr on the phone..granted which DR isn't but other than that she is great..
