  Having had the honor of having my teeth worked on by dr lee herman, i can say after being with him for six years, I have always had the highest quality of service for my teeth. Also, his assistant, Daniela is superb, a total professional!!!!!!!!!!! Super honest, professional and they keep me smiling all year round!!!!

  Worst Experience Ever! If could give him 0 stars, I would. My wife had 2 implants done and was recommended to go to Dr. Lee Herman to get crowns. After first appointment back mid of January of 2017, we were told that each crown will cost $1,500 and that they require half at the initial visit. We were also told that our dental insurance will not cover the crowns because of the implants. Without hesitation, seeking second opinion or trying to bargain to bring the price down we paid $1,500 half of total bill of $3,000. My wife was told that the crowns will be ready in about 2 weeks. Today is April 6, 2017 and today was the day when she finally got her last crown properly fitted. For the past almost 3 months my wife was subjected to coming in almost every 2 weeks just to find out that the crowns don't fit and every time had to have new impressions done and promised that next time everything will be corrected. Every time she had to go to see Dr. Lee Herman, she would have to miss work thus costing the loss time and pay. Several times her appointments have been canceled the day of the appointment because the crowns were not in or some other reason. Not only that she had to loose time from work, spend hours in the dental seat but also endure the pain just to find out the crowns did not fit. I have contacted the office about 10 days ago and asked for explanation, but was told it's not their fault it's the Lab's fault! "Really" I think the problem was with whoever was taking the impression, but even if it was the Lab that was getting things wrong, wouldn't you send it to a different Lab after the second time crowns did not fit? I politely asked them that after so much of my wife's time wasted, it would only be fair if they would compensate us by giving a discount for the crowns. Twice I was told that the doctor will contact me to discuss it, but unfortunately he never did. Even today her 9:00 am appointment had to be rescheduled to 10:30 am, which really upset me, because they just did not care about her time. When we came in today so my wife can finally get her crown fitted, I expected that the doctor would come out and talk to me, at least apologize, but he never did, he did not discuss anything with my wife either but told the girls upfront as a gesture to give us a $100 discount from $3,000 I paid him and not even an apology, "Really". He lets his girls upfront do his dirty work. During this whole ordeal we found out that my wife could have gotten the same crowns done for $1,000 each. So if you are planning to go see Dr. Lee Herman, DDS, please be AWARE and do not pay UPFRONT, discuss the timing of the procedure and make him accountable. He is overpriced compared to others in the area and not as honest. When I went to him for a check up, I was told that I needed a Root Canal done and a Crown, they quoted me $1,100 for Root Canal and about the same for the Crown. When I questioned them why, because I have a dental insurance they told me that they only cover 20%. When I called my insurance I they said that it is not true that I should be paying the deductible based on the fee schedule because he is part of the Network and is not allowed to charge more, my deductibles were like $400 + for the Root Canal and like $500 for the crown. So again, he was trying to cheat here as well. Beware of this Dentist and his Practice.

  Sat with in chair for many hours of work done to save my teeth, It's 12 years later and he still has me with the smile of a 20 year old! Saved every tooth he could thru the years and I thank him for that! Dr. Lee and all the girls in the office r the best! Thank you Dr Herman & Staff', My dental Family!!!!!!!!
