  This was my second experience with Dr. Esmaeili what a professional doctor with great bedside manner. I had a central slip tendon on my pinky finger which was missed diagnosed by another "doctor" who wanted to do a surgery. Dr. Esmaeili not only gave the correct diagnosis, he took a conservative non surgical approach and I was able to have full function of my finger due to his expertise and on site PT. The second situation was with my son who fractured a finger. In Florida every doctor's office wants to cast these injuries, in this case Dr. Esmaeili recommend not casting and using a splint to allow the finger to heal properly while having the ability to get movement in the joints. Both of these situations could have gone wrong very easily, but the conservative approach and expertise of the doctor allowed other of us to get better quickly and save money as well. Nowadays most doctors want to keep you coming in again and again to increase profit margin. Well Done, Dr. Esmaeili, well done!! The staff and PT was awesome as well, lead by Lois in the front office.
