  STAY AWAY. This place has no idea what they are doing. I called them on a Friday to refill my birth control prescription. They claimed they sent it to the pharmacy on Saturday, and the pharmacy never received it. Now they are closed Sunday and Monday so I will not be able to take my pill until Tuesday at the earliest. They claim to advocate accessible birth control for all, but really the staff members are just doing the bare minimum to get their paycheck because they can't get a real job at a real doctor's office. My advice would be to go to a real doctor's office or don't go at all. I went there and still don't have birth control so what's the point? Total waste of time and RESOURCES.

  Entire staff was extremely professional. I felt comfortable during my entire examination as well as told what was going to happen. I have finally found my permanent obgyn! Thank you for your care today.

  Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 10.40, I was done at 1.30pm with nothing done since the doctor didn't want to finish the procedure because I looked sick (I am pregnant) . So they rescheduled me for saturday 2 days after. I showed up a bit earlier and they tell me they don't do the stuff I need here on Saturdays but I have to go somewhere else... extremely unprofessional
