- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Since April 28, 2015 I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Schaeffer. I have been calling twice a week, and have left several messages. Today I finally had enough, and left a very detailed message explaining that if I don't hear back from the office I would leave an honest review about their negligence. I would've been a new patient, and my mom has a very difficult time also getting through to the office. After leaving my final message. I of course got a response back from the receptionist Karen, who was immediately on the defense. She claimed that she would have to ask the doctor if he could see me after I had threaten with a negative review online. If you had listen to my message I said HONEST. If this office cannot manage the traffic of patients they receive, how do you think they will take care of your health needs?October 30, 2017by Sindy Bohada
